I have a 91 civic with a D16A6 in it and I want to run turboedit. What all do I need to get so that I can edit my ecu? Im starting from scratch so I need everything. Thx!

u need a solder iron and solder
u need a DIP 28 socket
a AT29C256 or SST27SF256 or SST27SF512 chips
u need to know how to solder
need the latest turboedit software
need a chip burner (willem works fine)
