I've got a 1989 Civic Si with a d16z6 turboed running TE.

The car originally came with A/C (now removed). Does anybody have a description or pic of an existing wire that I can tap for the VTEC solenoid? I thought I had the correct wire hooked up yesterday but I hooked up a test light and when I hit engagement RPM, the test light flickers on and off like a strobe light

its on the hex code of the bin
u have the right wire, just not the right settings on the rom

use this bin, and transfer all your fuel and ignitions maps over and enjoy

SO by "transfer" I'm assuming you mean make .exp files of my current map, open the file you mentioned, and do an import...well thats what I'm gonna try anyways. Still a bit dumb at this.

So what output do you use for the vtec? is it a8 like it is for the auto output? or something else?

Also any chance i can get your basemap if you get it running decent? im gonna run a d16z6 head on a a6 block so it should be a similar tune.

A8 is for AUTO
and B3 is for the AC relay
