i've actually got most of mine from moates, but on rare occasions i've been in a bind and needed them asap. sometimes you can find them at Active Electronics (there is one in edmonton and one in calgary). sometimes memory express carries them too (calgary).

digikey is what ive used before it usually comes the next day so its REAL fast, active is good as well, or moates, xenocron, etc..
