I am a newbie who tried to find the rev limit for a PM7 in the forum and wiki but did not see it (probably should have looked through again).
Had a play with my PM7-000 ecu ROM and found the rev limit is at address 0EB2h (using the 16bit OBD0 formula)
Great website guys, keep up the good work!
7200rpm and speed limiter 112mph

what is NG55 and NG60? and is it posible to do data logging with a standard ECU
Hi,
I was just using winhex to find where the revlimit was in my PM7 ecu. I tried using turboedit to alter the maps, which did work, but did not have a go at datalogging and editing online.
I did not do too much more with the PM7 as I have changed to a B20 vtec engine and PW0-000 computer that I took to the dyno shop and tuned using Ben Ogles rom editor and ostrich from craig moates (which work exceptionally well).
The NG55/NG60 roms are not ones I have played with. I think they are for the PM6/PM7 ecu's and have been modified to give extra tables for boost pressures on the MAP sensor. I think that Ben Ogles editor (BRE) supports them so if you are doing a turbo setup, try that.
