I got an PR4 OBD1 ecu, an P30 chip from crome, and burn1 burner.
Now, i burned the chip, i put it on it, and the idle changed, so it has a changed (i changed the idle desired, more up because my ITBS take a little much air from the butterfly)
But now, every modification i do in the fuel map don't make any change on the ratio....
I removed the checksum ..... but it look like the car run on a basic mode everytime, i tried to reset the computer with removing negative battery cable 20 minutes but that never changed something .... what can be the problem ???

you should always reset the ecu with backup fuse imo.

if you're getting odd results like this double check your map to make sure the options are set right... it almost sounds like your running closed loop.

i'm using crome free, and i did removed the oxygen sensor to put my wideband, is it OK for that way ?

Did you add a jumper at J1? Sounds like your not running off the external rom.

yes there's a jumper
The first time i put the chip, it does a difference on the idle, but after i changed the fuel map and changed and changed and finally i was like: what the fuck, it dosen't change the ratio, so i put the fuel map to 0 and it worked anyway hehe
I will try to sold better one of these resistance ... i found only one solder that sucks ....
Do someone know exactly what's the job of those resistance and jumper that we solded ?
thanks for the help but everything look fine .... and i don't understand, but one more thing: i tried to put another bin, i start the car after a long time that i removed the ecu fuse, when i started, the car stalled. The second time he start and work fine ... so is it possible that he go on the closed loop anyway because the car dosen't want to start for a reason ? Or with the checksum routine removed he's not supposed to go in closed loop in any way ?
