ok i've searched on other sites and seemed to come out more confused than when i went in them, I have a P28 ECU and am planning on chipping it with Hondata and they said that I would need a 4 pin header and something about CN2 spot in the ECU??

What does this mean??
And the question i'm trying to ask is how can I put the chip in???
Does it go in the same spot as other chips????

You say this like i didn't try to search, all the OBD1 sites are down so i thought i could post a question with out negative feed back, i'm not trying to be an ass.

Then you need to either call Hondata or the dealer whom you bought your unit from. As stated, this isn't the Hondata support forum. If you read the Wiki in order to gain a deeper understanding of Honda ECUs, you would be able to answer your own question.

4 pin header is in the cn2 spot just to the lower left of the chipped area. desolder 1-4 and install the header. you need it there for datalogging w/ any of the obd1 programs, but for hondata you need it to datalog and connect the hondata box to.
