i have d16a with p28-g01
i need a BIN file that can make a stoke engine gain more horespower and safely for the engine.
and i didn't understand about who said p28 code with p30 map ...is that safe for the engine .
i need help plz [/b]
egycasper, when you say "stoke" engine do you mean "stock" engine? Maybe you mean "stroked"? There's a big difference there; it may help to clarify.
I doubt you'll have too much luck finding someone to create a bin file for you. This forum is all about creating your own. If you don't understand enough to create your own after reading for days on this forum, you probably shouldn't be trying to use a bin file that someone else creates for you, anyhow. Getting the wrong bin file means trashing your motor.
With regard to the ECU and ROM question, you have it backwards. You will want to run P28 maps in a P30 ROM. You only need to do this if you plan to add any plugins for controlling boost, bigger injectors, etc. If you don't need any plugins, you could just use the stock P28 code and maps in an external socket by picking up the stock bin file (see the Wiki).
If you are running a stock engine without a turbo or other power adder, don't bother trying to get more HP from your setup by tweaking the stock map. Picking up a few HP here or there at the expense of loosing more in other parts of the power band, losing fuel economy and/or emissions passability *and* adding risk of blowing your engine is not worth it.
Tuning your engine is not a trivial thing. You'll need to invest some serious time to do it safely and well. If you didn't understand my noob guide, keep reading it and other posts until it sinks in. -my 2 cents
Good luck!
my engine stock
see my bin file
is that make any diffrence?
OK. So you have a stock engine and want better HP by playing with the bin file. Sorry, but I can't help you. I wouldn't try it on my own car; it's just not worth the trouble.

not trying to ask an obvious question, but just wanted to verify that i understood correctly that this is a bin for a stock p28, correct?
yea but i changed the vtec time engaged
and made the rev limet 8000
What you need to do to effectively get more HP is purchase a Wideband Oxygen sensor, an Ostrich/Emulator, CROME, and read the many posts around this forum on tuning practice.
There's no quick fix to getting more horsepower. There's no special combination of numbers that will give every engine more power, you have to figure out what numbers work for your motor.
As a note, If you're running a stock motor, I'd be very careful about changing the rev-limit.
