Hi guys, I'm looking for a replacement transistor in my P75-converted P72 ECU, and the Q34 transistor has burned out.

Locally we don't have the exact replacement available the 2SD1780, as found on the Wiki.

If not, any help pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

I've done a little searching and seen that TIP110 is a suitable replacement, again locally I can't get that exact one, but have access to TIP120.
