Alright people, great forum, never been on here before but loads of helpuf stuff on it. I am in the process of doing a B-series conversion to my LSi (d15b), i have been doing some reading and am i right in thinking that my car is already OBD1? It is a UKDM 92-95 EG LSi. The car is 95 and looks like it has OBD1 connectors in the engine bay, grey not white.

Got all the hardware sorted but wiring is a bit new to me, will hopefully give it a go with help from this forum.

Thanks

well the USDM 92-95's are obd1, I would say yours is obd1. get the swap and see if the wires match up, if not there are alternate ways of making it work.

I'm guessing the easiest way to tell if it is obd1, is to first look it up, or second see if there is an obd2 diagnostics port in the car.

Alright buddy, i tried to check but know one is giving me a straight answer :(

Some say it is a OBD0 and some say OBD1, it has got a single diagnostics plug and the wiring look very similar to the OBD1 B16 loom that i havebar a few wires missing, I have no B16 ECU to see if the ECU plugs fit?

Is their any obvious clues that will tell me it is a OBD1? It is a DPFI at the mo if that is any help.
