Problem installing on friends comp (mditaskbarcontrol.ocx)

ok, so i did a windows regristry fix and nothing. its saying error 339, mditaskbarcontrol.ocx is missing or w/e. regardless i cant find this file anywhere, what should i do!?!?!?

ok, so i foudn the file and put it into the sys folder and now... 'run time error 374'
Failed to activate control 'vb.usercontrol'

blah, i guess its not that important, its on my friends laptop i was going to use for tuning, but i guess ill find another friend with a laptop

hey! im tryin to install turboedit but im running into the same problems. fixed all but that last one, VB.Usercontrol runtime error 374. Um any ideas on fixing this? im Running Windows ME

did someone figure out this thing jet?

you need to run the TE2.6 installer and then install TE3.1.X

i deleted the old TE folder- bad mistake

I tried to do this, and unfortunately I still get the 374 error. Anyone else know a fix to this issue? Any help would be appreciated.
