newbie question... trying to make up a basemap

Sorry I am a newbie here when it comes to trying to modify a map to suit my needs for a basemap.

The setup is a srp pistons/ eagle rods, d16z6 motor, 60 trim to4e, 3 inch exhaust, turbo cam, 68mm tb, ported intake manifold, head is slightly ported, 450cc injectors now (would like to change to 680's eventually)... blah blah blah.

Ok now for the question, I am using the brett1.bin from xenocrons site and it is working well for me right now... a/f looks good, no pinging, plugs look good, etc. Well I want to change over to a 3 bar map sensor from the stock... I dont like going past its range and having it extrapolate the values.

When I open the .bin in turboedit, I can go to the properties and change to the 3 bar map but of course it then just stretches the stock map sensor values out so that the values that were only up to the 11 column are now at the 29... which is not gonna work obviously. I am no tuner but I am trying to learn.

So would the best way to go be to get the values I had only up to the 11 column filled in so I can work on the 11 and up from scratch? Can I just copy them over?

Agian sorry if this is all crazy jibberish, I am trying to crash course through this (I have not used turboedit before much)... and if anyone has any faq's I can read or anything about turboedit tuning... please link me. I want to learn. I understand some of the basics of what values respresent, scaling, opening, saving, burning, etc... I am just unsure of myself and I doubt anyone has a map for a 3bar 450cc injector setup with a to4e 60 trim at moderate boost levels.
