Hondata and Blundell have reached an amicable settlement in their dispute over certain
postings made on PGMFI which Hondata in good faith believed infringed its intellectual
property rights. Site Parties have agreed to give Hondata limited moderator privileges to
identify potentially infringing material and has set up a procedure to work cooperatively
in promptly resolving future claims.
Blundell apologizes for failing to respond to Hondata’s requests.
The parties regret the acrimony and ill-will engendered by this dispute and look forward
to working together in the future.
