welchen Chip sollte ich nehmen, wenn ich das PM7-X04 Steuergerät habe?
SST 27C256 kann man doch nehmen oder?

27C256 should be fine.
If the BIN is only 16K you may need to program from $4000-7FFFF but I´m not sure.
Just remember 27C256 can only be erased with UV light.
Most people use SST 27SF512. These can be erased electrically.
I recommend the "burn1" programmer from Moates.
(I can read german okay but writing is more difficult, I hope you can use this in english!)
