i dont think this value (or fuel injector size) is actually referenced anywhere in the asm coding...

post to the ngxx development thread and add it to the to do list...

so your sayin the fuel pressure adjustment is just there for show and doesn't do anything?

Bump! So is there anyone around who knows the answer? Do I need to adjust this value or is it just a place holder for tuning data and does nothing?

That value (fuel pressure) does not affect the tune. It's just there as a reference of the fuel pressure setting the map was made for.
