Alright after I chipped and converted my p06 I burned one of my old tuning maps onto my SST chip "Crome" to see if everything is working properly. After a few seconds after start up CEL comes on. Jumped my ecu and Code 41 pops up. Tried another basemap and same results. I've never had this problem with my old tuning map.

All solder joints are good from what I can see. Any idea whats going on?

My car is currently tuned on Neptune by me with no CEL at all.

I just need to know what component in the p06 ecu controls the Primary oxygen sensor heater. This is my backup ecu.

I soldered in a new piece for Q30 and still CEL 41.

You sure the O2 sensor heater is even good?

The only o2 sensor I am running is my wideband sensor. It is not throwing any codes on Neptune.

If you have a narrow band output from the wideband hooked up then you need to disable the O2 sensor heater in Crome, if it's not hooked to the ECU at all then disable the O2 sensor. It sounds like you have a narrowband out hooked to the stock ECU in so you should be all set just turning off the O2 heater.

I have a wideband 02. I have tried crossing it off in Crome numerous times with numerous basemaps and two different perfect running cars with no CEL.

Any other components besides Q30 that operates the Primary oxygen heater sensor?

Need more ideas before I turn it back to complete stock mode to check if the ecu is retarded.

If your using the P30 base code in Crome make sure you select the "P30 Option Byte Hack" or the options won't do anything.

Im familiar with Crome. I used my old tuning map when I was still tuned on Crome. Nothing changed since then and the CEL should not even be there since its disabled. But I will double check anyways. Thanks for the suggestions.

Figured it out the piece I soldered in for J1 was crap. I took it out to see if the stock ecu would do the same. Threw CEl 41 as well so it made me realized that I've been running the stock ecu. Soldered in a new piece for J1 and no more CEL.

That would do it every time.
