P1J ECU / datasheet for IC : OKI M65510 desperately needed

As stated in subject. Does anyone have a datasheet for this IC made by OKI? Of course i tried to find it via g00gle, but no match. It came out of UK's market ECU - P1J-E13. It looks like a half of an ECU. Pictures below:
