when i disable the o2 in the ng pm6 stable map and click ok then i reopen the parameters and the off box isn't checked any more can anyone point me in the direction on how to disable the o2 in the pm6

Sure that it is NG map? Looks like You're trying to disable o2 in a totally stock ROM dump. Same thing happens to me when trying to disable o2 in a stock ROM.

attach the rom you are trying to work on, I will have to look at TE and see if there even is support for disableing the o2 on a stock rom...or if the menu is just enabled when it shouldn't be.

if you cant can you give me a stock ngpm6 map that will run a pm6 good thanks

ok, i see your issue. Looking thru the TE code there is no option for disabling the O2 on a stock PM6 ROM, that menu shouldn't even be available...my suggestion would be to just copy/paste the maps into a development ROM (ie. ng60-ng63)...just set the boost sections to a single value (ie. 0 for ignition and 1.08 for fuel).

sorry, from what I've read and what is in the code for TE...there is no way to disable the o2 on a stock rom.

you would have to copy maps over to a development rom in order to use this function.

if anyone can find the information required to do this, please let me know.

ive imported the maps to a ng rom and it doesnt run the same can we edit the scalors in TE back to stock size or do you have a ng rom thats a stock pm6

Scalars for what? What issues are you having? Almost every single engine I've gotten running with NG62/63 has idled well, in most cases better than stock.

Do you have the autodetection of fuel multipliers turned one in the general options? This makes a huge difference, and is an issue I ran into this evening. Once we got that straightened out, the car idled better than before (It has a cam) and ran well.

its just a stock d16a6 i think no mods all i need is no o2 on a pm6 map

Why in the world do you not want the O2 sensor on? Running a stock ECU without the O2 sensor turned off will only decrease your gas mileage when driving around and idle poorly.

Post what bins you've used, and let us know which ones idled well and which ones ran well. Then we can figure out what is going on with your setup.
