Oke picked the project up again. I still do not get the right respons. It looks like I am sending a message and I am also getting one back....but nothing like you guys say.

Got it to work? Found 3 ways to make this happen.
1. Yrs CD4007 + MAX232
2. xpdm circuit viewtopic.php?f=57&t=22199&start=105#p138541
3. MC3329/MC3366 http://code.google.com/p/opengauge/wiki ... ce_for_ISO
Going to experiment each one I guess. Still can't figure out xpdm circuit...
Also there's a russian experiment using optocouplers (ironically it looks safer):
