hi guys, just upgraded to crome dealer but haven't received any e-mail from John Cui for my reg string. his auto-generated email says wait for 24 hours and he will get back for my product registration....it's 4 days but never received any. I always like tuning with crome, and decided to upgrade for the dealer version but now, getting no support. is there anyone here has experienced not getting their reg string and resolved the issue? how many days more should I wait to get my reg string....??? Anyone???

john cui is probably dead lol

he has a server running with a keygen from a local university basement

Same trouble but with my pro license. Maybe if we keep this post going the big guy in charge will see..... maybe even fix the update issue. I sent an email to tuningwithcrome@gmail after making several attempts to get a new string. No string and no emails back since Dec 26. New laptop for Xmas haha

Same problem here. i have done format my laptop and i send couple mails for renew reg key and no answer until now.....

Problem solved. i send email to xenocron because i bought my kit from there. i receive answer and key in a few minutes.....
