Hello,

I have a D16Z6 CRX Del Sol with a P28-G01 ECU that doesn't work anymore (no fuel prime, no 5V on sensors).

Can I replace it with a P28-G00 from a Civic EG5 (D16Z6 too).

I know the G01 and G03 aren't compatible but what about the G00 ?

0,1,3 = revision to ECU hardware/MCU

why do you think that the G01 and G03 are not compatible? Was there an OBD1 to OBD2 change with that version?
Basically if it's the same numbers (37820-P28-G0_) and the plugs are the same, it should work almost identically.

NOTE: there are plenty of other markets ECUs that are out there that may work also. So do not get bogged down with the G portion of the number. Unless you have something like no O2 sensor or something else special about it.

Here is attached the differences between a G01 and a G03. As you can see you can't plug a G01 harness on a G03 ECU and vice-versa.

On the G03 they have grouped together all the pins for the automatic transmission which is the blank part here because it is a manual ECU.

the bottom one is OBD1, the top one if OBD2.
