New troubleshooting addition to the Wiki

Go bqack to the web archive and look at the list of coies. Click one with an "*" next to it. Those are complete copies of the wiki.

yeah i take that back, some of the links work. it seems i found that page earlier and a lot of the links weren't working. now they are though.

alright, i managed to make a copy of the wiki last time it was up. soo.. here you go..
