Re: TO ALL NEWBIES: Yes, you are newbies!

Hi. I've got a boosted b16 hatch that I blew up a couple of months ago, but at the moment I am rebuilding a Gsr block, with a b16 head on it. It is going to be a fully built motor, and I plan to use eCtune for my tuning software to tune my setup. Has anybody ever experienced with eCtune before ?

Re: TO ALL NEWBIES: Yes, you are newbies!

Low cam is before the set vtec engagement point. High cam is vtec engaged when mid lifters are locked. So yes nonvtec motors will not use the high cam tables

Re: TO ALL NEWBIES: Yes, you are newbies!

Yes Horny Horny Here lol!

Q? How can you fine tune a automatic h22 with crome, using a rechip p06 manual ecu?

My problem is: Delayed Shifting when your in Drive and sometimes it stays in 4th gear and dosent downshift when i stop,
Then when i put the stock matic ecu it runs ok, so meaning there is no problem with the tranny just the ecu dosent sync with the tranny is there a way to fix this?

Reason: Why the H3LL tune a matic! well just want to experiment if it is possible to make a matic run better then its stock factory tune.

Hope to get some ideas Thanks2 in advance

Re: TO ALL NEWBIES: Yes, you are newbies!

Hello

I am a newby with an FK1 MY2010 CIVIC in which i managed to swap the stock engine (1.3) with an LEA1 coming from a CRZ (1.5) with some slight mods (IMA out, oil pan, engine mounts).
The engine runs ok with my stock 1.3 ECU and the A/F is ok in all conditions (open/closed) but the LEA1 and all hybrids have increased advance compared to normal engines. Ignition advance inLEA1 is 10 deg in idle and in L15/L13 is 0-2 deg.
So i am thinking if i can carry the CRZ stock maps in my ECU.
I am looking for the proper read/flash tool since the Keihin ECUs are not supported from most of the tools like MAG pro, KWP2000 etc

Any ideas what to buy in order to read the stock maps from a CRZ and flash them in my ECU? :D
