Installable version now available

Hi there,

I've uploaded tunetoy.zip so you can now run it without having to build it yourself.

Just extract the zip, and click tunetoy.exe (win32 users only).. If you are a Mac/Unix/Solaris/VMS whatever guy, you still have to build it yourself
