Replacements i know: UNR411F, 2SA1654

or for the desperate, a home made ;) (i'm not responsible for damage) design: Pn P high speed switch like 2n3906 with the 4k7 and 10k resistors like in the datasheet's schematic: The 4k7 Ohm is serial with the base followed by the paralel 10k Ohm.
